Presentation Guidelines

A- Oral Presentation Guidelines

  1. Prepare your research presentation using MS PowerPoint.
  2. Oral presenters are required to submit a soft copy of the research presentation in MS PowerPoint via Google Forms (LINK for Submission) by March 20, 2026 (GMT+7).
  3. The installation of soft copies on laptops in each presentation room will be facilitated by the Designated Team Member of the Steering Committee.
  4. Each presenter will be given a 10-minute presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers. Each presenter will be allocated 15 minutes.

B- Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. Prepare your poster in size A0 (84.1cm x 118.8cm or 33-1/8 x 46-13/16 in)
  2. Posters must be designed in portrait orientation.
  3. The poster must include the Title, Author(s) name, Abstract, and the IMRAD (Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion) structure of the research paper. It is highly recommended to emphasize the Results and Discussion section with charts, tables, figures, and others.
  4. Poster presenters are responsible for setting or fixing their posters onto the exhibit board from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. on March 28, 2026, or in the afternoon of the 27th March 27, 2026, and removing them from the exhibit board at 5:30 p.m. after the scientific session.
  5. We do not provide any poster printing service for Oral 2/Poster presenters; please prepare and bring your own posters.
