\nForests have multi-functions for environmental rehabilitation. So, AERD has been supporting the reforestation activity in many areas of Thailand, such as Nan, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen and Ranong Provinces.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nFor popularizing the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (DESD) is running from 2005 to 2014. AERD also recognizes the importance of ESD and has been conducting the activity on the food, agricultural and environmental education at elementary schools in Khon Kaen and Phitsanulok of Thailand, in addition to Phnom Penh and Kampong Cham of Cambodia.<\/span><\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>AERD has been conducting the program on promoting the sustainable use of natural resources for sustainable agriculture and environment conservation in many areas of Thailand and Cambodia.
