Editorial Board Diversity and International Representation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

IJERD maintains an internationally diverse Editorial Board representing multiple countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Pacific regions. This global composition reflects the international scope of the journal and ensures that editorial decision-making benefits from a wide range of academic perspectives and regional expertise.
\nCurrently, the Editorial Board includes scholars from more than ten countries, including Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Laos, Cambodia,
\nMyanmar, Nepal, Poland, Australia, and others. This geographic diversity supports a fair and balanced peer-review process and strengthens IJERD\u2019s mission to facilitate knowledge exchange across countries and disciplines.
